A Decatur doctor recently spoke before a Senate subcommittee on Human Rights and Law about the health impacts of the “Heartbeat” bill on Georgia women. Dr. Suchitra Chandrasekaran, who works for Emory Healthcare and is a member of the Health Policy and Advocacy Committee for the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, was one of the doctors that Sen.
