NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man is behind bars after being charged with his 7th DUI after police said a breathalyzer test showed he was four times over the legal limit.

According to arrest records, an officer pulled over 66-year-old William Coleman on Monday, June 25 after he was observed driving his gray Ford F-150 in the parking lot of Dollar General Market in the 1000 block of Murfreesboro Pike.

The officer reported Coleman was not wearing a seatbelt and was very slow to pull the vehicle over.

When the officer approached the vehicle, he stated Coleman had “bloodshot and watery eyes, constricted pupils, smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage, and had bleeding injuries to his face and arm.”

Coleman reportedly admitted to drinking alcohol, but could not tell the officer how he sustained the injuries.
