Kristin Cavallari Spills the Beans on Why She's Selling Her Nashville Mansion

While fans and critics alike were all excited and full of speculation about the reason Kristen Cavallari decided to list her stunning Tennessee mansion for sale back in June, it seems like the former reality star is ready to set the record strait.

Unfortunately for the romantic hopefuls out there, theories about Cavallari leaving it all behind in the name of love appear to be just unsubstantiated rumors. That being said, it sounds like her actual reasoning does have a bit to do with romantic relationships, just not in the way that we all initially thought at first.

While it was fun to imagine @kristincavallari leaving Nashville behind so she could start over with her new love interest from the Montana Boyz, her decision to sell doesn't actually have anything to do with TikToker Mark Estes .

Instead, it seems like it has to do with a mix of timing, a dreamy location , and wanting to leave the past in the past as she healed after her split from ex-husband (and the father of the pair's three children), Jay Cutler.

Okay, so yes, most of us get a new hair do or go out and adopt a dog when we're recovering from a broken heart, but not the Laguna Beach alum, who instead is ready to part ways with her divorce pad.

And honestly, we totally get it. After hearing Cavallari describing it as the place where she "healed" after her marriage ended, we get why staying there could be unintentionally leaving her in a constant state of unfinished grief.

That being said, she could have picked worse places to start over.

We Don't Know Where Cavallari Is Going to End Up

While she's been playing things pretty close to the vest since her split — she even hinted at one point that she and Estes have been keeping things quiet and together for longer than people knew — we have to assume that Cavallari's new house is going to be even better than the one she listed for sale.

That's because she shared in her interview that her realtor called her before she'd even thought about moving to tell her how much she'd love this new place, which we're assuming will be larger than the 23 acre property she listed for 11 million in June.
