Downtown condos a big business for Nashville real estate

Ever wanted to live in the heart of the Music City, but rent was out of reach? Condo sales have been booming in recent years as people opt into doing just that.

Whether it's first-time home buyers looking for a price point that allows them to finally own, older couples downsizing or even people looking to expand their real estate portfolios, the number of people opting to purchase condos has more than doubled from January to May just this year.
