NASHVILLE - The 2024 offseason has given Tennessee Titans a lot to talk about and get excited for this fall.

Between the team hiring a new head coach in Brian Callahan and a complete roster turnover that brought in 10+ new players who will be starters this season, there has a lot going on in Music City.

But amidst all the chaos of a busy offseason, there are also some storylines (and players) flying under the radar. The more I look at the Titans roster, the more two players stick out to me as being an underdiscussed talking point of the 2024 season. Both of these guys are going to have a huge impact on the team's overall success, but neither one is in the spotlight.

    1. OLB Harold Landry III

After Jeffery Simmons, Harold Landry III is the only defensive player on the Titans' roster that has been selected to the Pro Bowl during his NFL career. He may have the highest upside of any Titans player this season and there's a chance we still haven't seen him at his best.

Landry missed all of 2022 with a torn ACL and took a while to get going in 2023. But after a strong finish to the season, 2024 looks like it could be a big year for the 28-year-old edge rusher.

His quiet personality is never the center of attention, but maybe it should be. More on Landry's chances to have a big season can be read here.

    2. S Amani Hooker

Tennessee Titans safety Amani Hooker signed a three-year, $30 million contract extension with the team before the 2022 season. It's now time for the Titans to get what they paid for and for Hooker to step up as their defensive leader.

Safety depth is a problem for the Titans. There's no more Kevin Byard alongside Hooker and there's very little experience between the other safeties on the depth chart.,

As a result, Hooker's health and performance have become even more vital than before. Read more about Hooker's 2024 outlook here.
