NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man found himself back behind bars Monday for a crime he’s allegedly been charged with hundreds of times before.

According to arrest reports, officers responded to 4th Avenue South on Monday, July 15 to respond to reports about a man who was acting as a parking attendant.

A witness, who is a manager with the parking company, told officers that the man –identified as 67-year-old Larrie Carroll — was in the parking lot, holding fake tickets in his hand and directing cars where to park.

The manager said the parking lot has several no trespassing signs, and Carroll tried to make him pay to park as well, per an arrest report.

Police reported Carroll hid his clothes in a tree in an attempt to change his appearance and avoid arrest.
