Post Malone took the stage at Nashville’s Marathon Music Works on Tuesday night for an intimate performance dubbed “A Night in Nashville.” Presented by Bud Light, the evening showcased several songs off Malone’s forthcoming LP, F-1 Trillion , and he was joined by Blake Shelton, Hardy, Joe Nichols, and Sierra Ferrell.

Shelton showed up to duet with Malone on the country-rocker “Pour Me a Drink,” the musicians’ recent single that arrived in June. Shelton’s wife Gwen Stefani was in the audience for the show, posting several videos of the joint performance to her Instagram stories .

Elsewhere during the concert Malone and Shelton teamed up for the latter’s hit “Some Beach,” while Ferrell joined him for “Never Love You Again” and a rendition of “Jackson,” made famous by Johnny Cash and June Carter.

Hardy took the stage for two songs, a cover of Joe Diffie’s “Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox (If I Die)” and the live debut of “Would You Hide My Gun,” which will presumably appear on F-1 Trillion .

Malone first teased his collaboration with Shelton on Instagram in May, and in June he and Shelton played “Pour Me a Drink” twice in one night during CMA Fest in Nashville: First, they delivered a full-band version at Nissan Stadium, then they shared a stripped-back acoustic rendition at Shelton’s Ole Red Bar during the Spotify House takeover.

“Pour Me a Drink” marked the second offering from Post Malone’s eagerly anticipated country album, F-1 Trillion , following his hit collaboration with Morgan Wallen, “I Had Some Help.” The 18-track album is set to arrive Aug. 16, although a full track list has yet to be released. Malone will promote the LP on his upcoming fall tour , which kicks off Sept. 8.

Malone has gone full country in 2024, launching this new era in April with a surprise performance at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. A few weeks later, he hit the stage at Stagecoach , where he performed a set of country covers and was joined by Brad Paisley, Dwight Yoakam, and Sara Evans.

He also popped up at the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards , played with Billy Strings at Bonnaroo, honored Dickey Betts with a cover of “Ramblin’ Man” with Reba McEntire, and collaborated with Beyoncé on her Cowboy Carter track “Levii’s Jeans.”
