The United States women's national soccer team is headed back to Nashville.

The USWNT will host Iceland at Geodis Park on Oct. 27 (4:30 p.m. CT) in its second match following the Paris Olympics. The match will be televised on TNT, Max, Telemundo and Peacock. It's the second of a two-game series with Iceland, with the first game set for Oct. 24 in Austin, Texas.

The friendly match will be the second time the USWNT has played at Geodis Park, sixth time it's played in Nashville and ninth time in Tennessee. The U.S. played its first game at Geodis on Feb. 19, 2023, beating Japan 1-0 in the SheBelieves Cup in front of a crowd of 24,471. Mallory Swanson scored the lone goal of the match.

The U.S. is one of the favorites to claim the gold medal at the Olympics. The 12-team tournament begins July 25 with group-stage matches and ends with the final on Aug. 10. The USWNT is in Group B and will face Zambia on July 25, Germany on July 28 and Australia on July 31, with the top two teams in the group and top two third-place teams from groups A, B and C advancing to the knockout stage.

Iceland is ranked No. 14 in the world and is qualified for the 2025 UEFA Women's Euro Championship. The United States beat Iceland 5-0 on Feb. 23, 2022 in the SheBelieves Cup in the teams' most recent meeting.
