Lunchbox has a complaint about Nashville’s city pool!

He took his kids to the pool, and they were there at 7:30pm, knowing it closes at 8pm. They were the only ones there but then the lifeguard blew the whistle to let them know they were closing early. There was no weather warning or any reason for them to close early other than it not being busy. When he asked why they were, he said it was because they weren’t busy. It really irritated Lunchbox, so he called the city pool’s manager of lifeguards to complain.

He explained his situation to them and how he was confused why they closed early. The manager told him he was right with the closing time and would have a discussion with the lifeguard to figure out what was going on. Lunchbox asked if the lifeguard would be fired but she told him she thought it did not warrant a termination. He also suggested the lifeguard be drug tested because he might be on drugs since he didn’t read the time correctly and the manager informed him it will be dealt with. Then Lunchbox asked for special treatment the next time he went to the pool, but the manager could not provide that for him.

The show agreed that Lunchbox had every right to be irritated that they closed right, but calling to have him fired was too extreme and a Karen move. Especially because we don’t know the true reasons why the lifeguard decided to close early.
