Brad Paisley invited Post Malone to join the lineup of the historic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, days before the “Sunflower” hitmaker’s highly-anticipated country album arrives.

Paisley, who collaborated with Posty on one of the tracks set to appear on F-1 Trillion , predicted his invitation would mean a lot to Post, “knowing you and knowing the respect that you have for country music and this journey you’re embarking on now as a hillbilly singer, which is gonna be massive, and remarkable, and amazing for both country music and I think you.

“Would you like to play the Opry?” Paisley asked. “Come play it with me in August. Total invite, and it’s gonna be the first of many appearances, I have a feeling, for you. Come experience what it’s like to play the show that started it all. You and I can jam together, and a lot of your friends will be there. We’re gonna have a blast.”

Paisley and the Grand Ole Opry shared the video on Instagram on Wednesday (July 31). Post Malone quickly confirmed he would make his Opry debut on August 14. The lineup will also include Paisley, Lainey Wilson , Vince Gill , The War and Treaty and John Michael Montgomery .
