Deandre Hopkins' injury impact on the Titans wide receivers and offense after report

The Tennessee Titans received a piece of unfortunate news coming out of training camp on Thursday as Paul Kuharsky reports star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins suffered a knee injury this week.

Hopkins reportedly suffered a knee strain and is expected to miss four-to-six weeks of action. This timeline puts the Titans in a bind with the season opener on the road against the Chicago Bears set for Sept. 8. The 32-year-old practiced Wednesday with a wrap covering his left knee area.

This puts Hopkins' status for Week One in question and raises some concern about his availability for the home opener in Week Two against the New York Jets. With that being said, if Hopkins is able to return after a four-week hiatus, he will have a full week to prepare leading up to the season opener in Chicago.
