11 Year-Old Child Injured After Struck by Vehicle While Crossing Roosevelt Street, Cops Say
The First Squad reports the details of a Vehicular Accident that occurred on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 4:00 pm in Roosevelt. According to Detectives, a 34-year-old male operating a 2021 Honda Accord was traveling westbound on Thoma Place where he struck a male juvenile, 11, attempting to cross the street. The male juvenile suffered a leg injury and was transported via Nassau County Police Helicopter to Cohen Children’s Medical Center for evaluation and treatment of his injuries.
NY weather update: Heat advisory affecting Suffolk and Nassau counties until Wednesday night
