Woman fatally struck by U-Haul in moving accident
SAN ANTONIO - A woman was fatally struck by a U-Haul truck while moving on the city's Northeast side. The accident happened around 8 p.m. near Remount Drive and Fratt Road. According to police, the 25-year-old victim was loading furniture into the U-Haul when the driver, who was also inside the vehicle, was asked to reverse. As the truck began to move backward, people nearby began shouting warnings as it approached too close to a house.
