Early Morning Burglary in LeClaire Courts Leaves Police Searching for Suspects

Burglars use vehicle to crash into South Cicero Avenue business, stealing merchandise before fleeing

CHICAGO A burglary occurred at approximately 4:27 a.m. in the LeClaire Courts neighborhood, according to Chicago police. The incident took place in the 4500 block of South Cicero Avenue, where a red sedan crashed into the side of a business, allowing three individuals to gain entry.

The suspects, who may have been driving a Dodge Charger, proceeded to steal merchandise before fleeing the scene. They were last seen heading northbound in the sedan, which was followed closely by a gray SUV, possibly a Dodge Durango. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation by Chicago police remains ongoing.
