NATCHITOCHES PARISH, La. (KALB) - July 11, 6:00 p.m. UPDATE: NPSO released information about the three individuals arrested on July 10 in connection to the stolen vehicles. Kamryn Darnel Garner, 18, of Natchitoches was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on multiple charges, including possession of stolen firearms, unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal conspiracy.
