He should not have voted every year against reserves. I lived in a condo for many years and all of the owners wanted to vote against it because they believed HOA were stealing the money. Now they have to pay up.

Damn shame this kinda sh!t could happen in the US of A. There's way too much f**ckin money in this country for retired elderly people to be wondering where they should go after settling down during retirement.
