We never know how we will behave in a crisis situation. If you are too afraid to use your own weapon, don’t carry it. It could potentially be used against you, as it did in this case. So, the kidnapper was "detained"? Does that mean charged? Isn't a federal case handled differently? 😕 In Florida, I thought any crime committed with a gun involved carried an automatic possibility of 25 years to life. Can he be charged in every state they crossed as well as the original point of contact?🤷‍♀️
