absolutely false, the issue is no school is playing free agents, they are taking transfers when their respective rooms are in need of experience or experienced depth. Georgia took 2 transfers because they lost their WR with experience, they took a RB because they lost their experience. Dabo and Clemson has not had this situation arise with their team. No team can you point to said my QB, RB, WR, is not good enough to be my starter I will go to the Portal and buy the best player out there and replace my starters! That's free agency where you cut the poor players and replace with a free agent. If teams are doing this then it's illegal!
