Columbus, central Ohio, high school football scores and highlights for Aug. 30

COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — We’ve reached the second week of the high school football season. And after some surprising results in the opening Friday, NBC4 is back on the sidelines throughout central Ohio to document some of the best highlights from Week 2 on Football Friday Nite.

Heat may play a factor this week, with some schools planning to kickoff at 8 p.m. instead of 7 to avoid playing in hot temperatures.
