DirecTV and Disney reached a preliminary agreement Saturday on a deal to restore ABC, ESPN and several other networks after a nearly two-week distribution feud.

“DirecTV and Disney have a long-standing history of connecting consumers to the best entertainment, and this agreement furthers that commitment by recognizing both the tremendous value of Disney’s content and the evolving preferences of DirecTV’s customers,” the companies said in a joint statement .

The agreement comes just in time for college football and the Emmy Awards.

The deal allows DirecTV to offer certain genre options like sports, entertainment, and kids and family, inclusive of Disney’s linear networks. This includes Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+.

Certain DirecTV packages may include Disney’s streaming services like Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+, according to the agreement.

In the release, the companies said that they are working to finalize a new multiyear contract.
