    FORECAST DISCUSSION:

    Happy Friday!

We’ve got a beautiful, mild day ahead of us to wrap up the workweek. Expect highs in the middle 70s this afternoon with lots of sunshine and just a light breeze. We’ve got nice and dry weather for Football Friday Nite plans, with temps falling through the 60s during the games.

For Saturday, we warm to the upper 70s with a few more clouds out. An approaching cold front brings a few showers first to our northern counties Saturday night, then those showers track southward overnight and into Sunday.

Expect spotty shower activity across the region for the first half of Sunday, before eventually clearing up. We’ll also be breezy along that front Sunday. Highs top out in the middle 70s.

For Monday, we start to clear up, with just an isolated shower chance. We will be much colder, with highs in the upper 50s.

Expect frost alerts during the mornings next week, as morning lows dip back into the 30s for Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
