High school football scores and highlights for Columbus and central Ohio, Oct. 18, 2024

COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — It’s the penultimate week of the high school football regular season, and Week 9 offers a number of important Ohio Capital Conference matchups involving teams who look to make a lot of noise in November.

A number of 6-2 schools will face each other, including Grove City at Gahanna and Hilliard Davidson at Olentangy Liberty. Watterson and Columbus Academy look to stay undefeated. Our “Game of the Week” features Delaware (6-2) looking to take down Westland (7-1).
