NECEDAH, Wis. -- St. Mark Ministries, a Lutheran church in De Pere, on Monday released the names of six people who were found dead after a house fire in Necedah.

In a Facebook post , the church said that their partners Karl and Hannah Henselin, along with members of Hannah's extended family, were vacationing at the home along Morro's Mile Road. They were able to escape the fire.

The Juneau County Sheriff's Office said the home caught fire early Sunday morning. Firefighters battled the blaze for roughly three hours, and remained at the scene for 12 hours.

St. Mark Ministries said the Henselin's daughters Lena and Merci died in the fire along with Hannah's father Pastor Steve Witte, her sisters Lydia Witte and Charis Kuehl, and Charis' daughter Stella Kuehl.

"That our God is good, is not in doubt. But at moments like this it is difficult to understand the ways of God," the church said. "Our hearts grieve for the Henselins even while we hold on to resurrection hope. We pray that Jesus might come quickly to usher in his New Heavens and New Earth."

A GiveSendGo has been set up to support the Henselin family. You can find more information by clicking the link here .

The Juneau County Sheriff's Office said the fire appears to have been accidental, but an investigation into the cause is ongoing.
