AJ Dillon and Wife Launch Foundation to Combat Hunger in Northeast Wisconsin
LITTLE CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — AJ Dillon, and his wife Gabrielle, launched ‘The Dillon Family Foundation’ to tackle hunger in our area. The couple partnered with Feeding America in order to help as many people as possible. The foundation kicked off Thursday afternoon, packing 375 meals to be delivered to families across northeast Wisconsin.

Former Wisconsin starting quarterback selected in 2024 UFL college draft
Former Wisconsin quarterback Tanner Mordecai was selected by the D.C. Defenders in the ninth round of the 2024 UFL college draft on Wednesday. After going undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft, Mordecai signed with the San Francisco 49ers as a free agent on April 27. Due to his status as an undrafted prospect, the Waco, Texas native was eligible for this year’s UFL draft.

58th Annual Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships start Thursday at Lake Wazeecha
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAW) - The largest and longest running water ski show tournament in the world is returning to Wisconsin Rapids this weekend. There will be 23 water ski show teams competing along with more than 70 individual competitors over four days. It’s a part of the Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships. They start Thursday at Red Sands Beach in Wisconsin Rapids. They are all trying to acquire the state title and hoping to get a shot at the National Water Ski Show championships next month.
