78-year-old man reported missing in Orangeburg County
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — Orangeburg County Sheriff's deputies are asking the public for help in locating a 78-year-old missing and endangered man. Jacob Lee Brown was reported missing Wednesday, July 24. He was last seen around 9 p.m. at his home in the 2400 block of Russell Street in Orangeburg, near the intersection of Chestnut Street/Whitaker Parkway, wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans and Timberland shoes. Brown is about 5-foot 8-inches tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds.
