Update: Wind advisory for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley until early Wednesday morning
On Tuesday at 12:35 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated wind advisory valid from 7 p.m. until Wednesday 5 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley.
