OEM receives family friendly workplace designation

Family Friendly Workplaces recently announced that OEM Fabricators, an employer of 250 team members in three plants including Neillsville, and Phillips who produce medium and heavy metal components for original equipment manufacturers in the construction, mining and rail industries, was recertified as a gold-level Family Friendly Workplace.

The certification is awarded to companies that foster an environment where current and prospective team members feel supported in balancing their professional and family lives, according to the announcement.

“At OEM, we recognize the vital role we play in enabling our Team Members to stay engaged with their families and nurture their overall well-being,” said Kelly Ingli, OEM president and chief financial officer. “Our re-certification as a Family Friendly Workplace reflects our ongoing efforts to support not only our team members but also the broader community through family-centered initiatives.”

In conjunction with their recertification, OEM is continuing its corporate level financial support to the nonprofit Family Friendly Workplaces. The sponsorship underscores OEM’s commitment to advancing family-friendly practices within the community.
