Three people lose lives in crash
LOWMAN — Three people lost their lives in a crash that occurred on Interstate 86, according to police scanner reports. Scanner personnel reported that first responders were requested to a crash on I-86 east of Lowman shortly before 5 p.m. Friday. Reports soon indicated that all three people involved in the wreck lost their lives.

(WENY) -- With over 10,000 people in Chemung County alone without power, a number of fresh water stations have been set up on Tuesday, July 16th to help people get by. Chemung County Emergency Management has set up water distribution site in Elmira at the Southport Volunteer Fire Department located at 1001 Carl St. and the East Water Street and Dewitt Ave. Parking Lot located next to the Clarion Inn.

Langworthy Announces A Grant For The County IDA
Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) has announced a $75,000 grant for the Steuben County Industrial Development Agency’s (IDA) Route 54 Industrial Site Analysis in Bath, New York.
