Former Wisconsin wide receiver Quintez Cephus signed with the Houston Texans on Tuesday, according to a recent post from SportsTrust Advisors. After spending three seasons in Detroit, the Lions released the former Badger in 2023 following an indefinite suspension due to violating the NFL’s gambling policy. After being reinstated, Cephus signed with the Buffalo Bills in April before his release in May.
