Authorities identify 19-year-old who drowned in South Jersey lake
Authorities have identified the 19-year-old who drowned in a South Jersey lake over the weekend.Video in the player above is from a previous report.Elk Township police were called to the Lake Garrison Recreational Area around 2 p.m. on Saturday for reports of a missing person last seen in the water.Shortly after their arrival, an unresponsive man was located in the water, police say.He has since been identified as Daniel Miranda of San Marcos, Guatemala.Miranda was transported to Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill, where he was later pronounced dead.Gloucester County officials have determined his cause of death to be an accidental drowning.
15-Year-Old Girl Shot In Neck, Critically Injured: Philadelphia PD
The victim was struck once in the neck around 8:20 p.m. and taken to Albert Einstein Hospital, authorities said in a release. She was shot in on the 1400 block of West Loudon Street from a dark grey Chevrolet Malibu during an "altercation," investigators believe. Neshaminy Mall has been sold for $27.5 million by Brookfield Properties to a partnership that plans to demolish part of the mall in Bensalem for mixed-use redevelopment.
