THAT MONEY SHOULD BE USED TO FIX ALL THESES MESSED UP DAM STREETS THESES PPL SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIX SHIT THEY CAME IN A MADE IT MUCH WORST EVERY DAM STREETS IN KINSTON IS A HOT DAM MESS ALL THAT RAIN AND THE STREETS FLOODED DUE TO THE FACT THE DUG UP ALL THE DRAINS AND NOW THEY HAVE NO DAM PLACE FOR THE RAIN TO GO SMFH
