BELLEVILLE - The Illinois Center for Autism (ICA) will host their annual Pedal for Autism fundraiser and Family Fun Fest. ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Southbound Interstate 170 was closed at Scudder Avenue in St. Louis County for a vehicle crash. According to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), the crash happened at 3:46 p.m. MoDOT estimated the closure to last one hour.
