2 arrests made in weekend OVI checkpoints
CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) — The results are in for the sobriety checkpoints that took place in Mahoning County over the weekend: two arrests were made. Overnight Friday, the Mahoning County OVI Task Force, along with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, conducted two checkpoints in Youngstown. Those two checkpoints — located on Glenwood Avenue and Market Street — saw 354 vehicles pass through. Twelve vehicles were directed aside for further investigation.
