Pat’s Donuts , a beloved local chain known for its mouth-watering pastries and exceptional coffee, is set to open its fourth location at 23487 TX-242, New Caney, TX 77357 . Owner Buntara Long has confirmed this exciting expansion, aiming to delight even more customers with their signature treats.

Since 1988, Pat’s Donuts has provided North Houston with their quality baked goods and provided fast options for their customers. Now with three locations in operation and the fourth on the way, they continue to serve up delectable menu offerings to include, of course, donuts along with breakfast options and coffee beverages.

According to the permit details, the new location represents a significant investment, with an estimated cost of $850,000. The scope of work involves the new construction of a one-story building dedicated to the sale of donuts and coffee, along with comprehensive site work. The spacious 4,552-square-foot establishment will provide ample room for patrons to enjoy their favorite pastries in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Construction is slated to begin this month, July 2024, with a completion date set for January 2025. This timeline reflects Pat’s Donuts’ commitment to quality and precision in creating a new hub for donut enthusiasts.
