Most African Americans say they have experienced some form of discrimination based on their hair. Vehicle inspection fees to increase in July
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Beginning on July 15, a new mandate increasing the cost of vehicle inspections will go into effect in Kentucky.
