Construction for Affordable Housing Project Patterson Point to Begin This Week
The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara will begin construction at 80 North Patterson Avenue in Goleta, California the week of July 22, 2024. The new development, to be called Patterson Point, is located on the East side of North Patterson Avenue adjacent to Northbound Highway 101 off-ramp.
