Luke was last seen wearing a blue and red flannel button-up shirt and khaki pants. He left his home on Toura Drive around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024.
Western Pennsylvania Telecom Pays $6.5M In Settlement With the Feds
The Armstrong Group of Companies, a third-generation family-owned, Pittsburgh-based telecom, will repay the U.S. Treasury $6.5 million. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that the payback comes after a whistleblower lawsuit was brought against the company in 2008. Allegations show that Armstrong submitted false claims to the FCC’s Universal Service Fund, which provides federal money for broadband expansion in rural or underserved areas.
