ROCHESTER, NH – The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce extends its heartfelt thanks to all sponsors, donors, volunteers, and participants who contributed to the success of the 2024 Chamber Raffle, held on August 9 at the Rochester Elks Lodge. The event, which was a hit with a 1970s theme, attracted 350 attendees, making it a night to remember.

Generously underwritten by Breezeline and Deepa Reddy DMD, PLLC, the "Friday Night Fever" Chamber Raffle was not only a celebration of the vibrant local business community but also a significant fundraising event. The 350 raffle tickets, sponsored by Service Credit Union, were sold out, with the drawing conducted in a reverse raffle format. The last ticket drawn, sponsored by Deepa Reddy DMD, PLLC, awarded a grand prize of $10,000 to lucky winner Phil Boisvert.

The evening was filled with excitement and entertainment, masterfully hosted by Matt Beaulieu of Service Credit Union. Attendees enjoyed great hospitality and delicious food provided by the Rochester Elks, with support from sponsors including Waste Management, Palmer Gas & Oil, and Laars Heating Systems.

The raffle also awarded several other prizes throughout the night:

    • First Runner-up, Steve Ring from Ring Plumbing Service, took home $1,000.
    • Second Runner-up, Jamee Landry from Waste Management, won $500.
    • Third Runner-up, Dan Spencer, received $250.
    • Fourth Runner-up, Michael Peters, claimed $100.

Additional highlights included the Table Decorating Contest won by Meredith Village Savings Bank, a Musical Chairs Contest victory by Kendall Spewock of Admiral Property Management & Sales, and a Booze Bucket taken home by Kim Cole. Notably, two attendees were thrilled to win firearms donated by Sig Sauer: a Sig Sauer Cross Rifle and a P320 NITRON pistol.

The Chamber is grateful for the overwhelming support and looks forward to next year's event. For more information on the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and upcoming events, please visit their website or contact the Human Resources Department at (603) 330-7102
