ST. CLAIR COUNTY (First Alert 4) -- Foster homes are needed for pets as the St. Clair County Animal Services building is in danger of flooding. Gateway Pet Guardians and other partner organizations are working to rescue dogs from the animal services facility in Belleville. The Belleville Area Humane Society rescued cats from the facility.
