LANCASTER CO, Pa. (WHP) — The Lancaster Balloon Festival has been canceled, according to the team via a Facebook post. Citing it was a difficult decision, the team said due to much higher costs for almost every part of the event, this year has proven especially difficult to produce the same high-quality event that has taken place in years-past.
