A national garden conference sparks ideas for New Hanover Arboretum staff
I serve as the arboretum grounds maintenance supervisor and attended the American Public Gardens Association annual conference in Boston. It was another great conference filled with professionals from all areas of public garden administration, curation, and maintenance. New Hanover Park Named Among Top NC Industrial Sites
A New Hanover County business park is included in a recently released list of North Carolina’s 15 top industrial sites under 1,000 acres. Holly Shelter Business Park in Castle Hayne is one of the sites identified in the Selectsite Readiness Program Report from the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC), a statewide economic development agency. The identified sites could receive increased development and marketing support from the state and the economic development partnership.
