Have You Experienced the Authentic Flavors at All Blue Seafood and Ramen House?

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at All Blue Seafood and Ramen House. The journey was a bit long, about a 50-minute drive from Grove St, but the authentic taste of the dishes made it all worthwhile. The lamb soup and wolf tooth potatoes were a standout, and the Sichuan and Cantonese sausages gifted by the boss were a delightful surprise.

The spicy cumin lamb, shredded beef with pepper, and hot and sour shredded potatoes transported me back to my travels in Yunnan, the south of China. The flavors were so authentic and the service was top-notch. However, be prepared for a bit of a mess as you walk in. The counter is cluttered with storage items and takeout boxes are stacked by the window sills. But don't let that deter you, the food is worth it.

The Sichuan cuisine is more numbing than spicy, but nothing too intense. The cauliflower is a must-try. Unfortunately, they were out of beef noodle soup when I visited, but I'll definitely be back for that. The wantons, eggplant in garlic sauce, Dan Dan noodles, and fish in chili oil were all exceptional. The Dan Dan noodles were easily the best I've had so far. Highly recommend!
