Why Island Spa & Sauna Should Be Your Next Destination

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Island Spa & Sauna and I must say, it was quite an experience. The facilities are spotless and modern, located conveniently in a shopping mall area with plenty of restaurants and an Hmart nearby. The spa offers a variety of amenities including a juice bar, mask sales for a little facial treat, and free game rentals. The staff were friendly and professional, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

One thing to note is that the spa has a traditional, gender-separated, fully nude hot pool inside the locker room. While I found everyone in the ladies pool respectful and comfortable, some may find this a bit out of their comfort zone. The spa also has five indoor saunas, which can get a bit crowded by lunchtime, so I recommend going early in the morning for a more peaceful experience. Unfortunately, they do not provide slippers, so it's a good idea to bring your own.

The food options at the spa are also worth mentioning. They have a food court with reasonable prices and good variety. I didn't try the food this time, but I'm definitely planning to on my next visit. Despite a few minor hiccups, my visit to Island Spa & Sauna was a good day overall and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
