I recently visited Cafe Dolma and found it to be a charming little spot. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual brunch. The coffee was decent, not the best I've had but certainly not the worst. I tried their avocado toast, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was a bit on the oily side, although the flavor was good. The croissant I ordered was average, nothing to write home about.

On a brighter note, their Çılbır was a delightful surprise. This dish, featuring yolky eggs hidden in yogurt and topped with a red pepper sauce, was a nostalgic treat that transported me back to my childhood. The French chef at Dolma Cafe certainly knows how to elevate this dish to the next level. I also tried their almond chocolate croissant and mixed berry donut, both of which were quite tasty. The Cortado was pretty solid too.

However, there were a few hiccups during my visit. I was served a salad with old and rotten lettuce, which was quite disappointing. Also, the food seemed to be overly oily, which might not sit well with everyone. Despite these issues, the service was good and the staff was patient and kind. I heard they have another location at an old ice cream shop, which I'm planning to check out. Overall, Cafe Dolma has its strengths and weaknesses, but it's worth a visit if you're in the area.
