Razza: More Than Just a Pizza Place

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Razza, a pizza joint that's been on my list for a while. The thin and crispy pizza, especially the mushroom one, was absolutely delicious and not greasy at all. It's no wonder this place is ranked highly in the US!

Getting a table can be a bit of a challenge, especially on weekends, so I'd recommend making a reservation. I tried a variety of their unique pizzas, including the corn pie, the tomato pie, and the Santo pie. Each had its own distinct flavors and qualities that made them all worth trying. The apple salad, bread and butter, and tiramisu were also lovely.

The ambiance at Razza is rustic and warm, with a palpable sense of passion flowing through the air. You can clearly see the success and pride of this restaurant flowing directly through the whole staff. It's not just about the ingredients here; it's about a philosophy. Respect for the craft. Respect for the ingredient. Respect for the journey from field to plate. It's not about being flashy or over the top; it's about being genuine.

So, is Razza the best pizza in New York City? Maybe that's not the right question. Sometimes, the best things aren't where we always look. They're just across the river, waiting to be discovered. And Razza is definitely worth discovering.
