Upon my recent visit to Tops Diner, nestled in the heart of Newark, I was immediately struck by the chic decor and the vibrant atmosphere that greeted me. Despite its bustling nature, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my takeout order was prepared – a mere 15 minutes and I was out the door with dishes that were nothing short of culinary artistry. The Seafood Alfredo Grill was a symphony of flavors, and the French Toast? Simply the best I've ever savored. It's a dish that lingers in your memory, urging you to come back for more.

The diner's reputation for excellence isn't just my own discovery; fellow diners echo the sentiment, praising the seamless service and the culinary finesse that Tops Diner offers. The staff's dedication to creating an exceptional dining experience is evident, making every guest feel like royalty. It's not just a diner, it's a dining experience cloaked in the familiar comfort of a diner setting. The short ribs, a masterpiece of taste, and the red velvet cheesecake, a fiery delight, are just a couple of the standout mentions from satisfied patrons.

The recent renovation has only elevated the experience, with a beautifully designed space that complements the high-quality fare. Whether it's a breakfast spread of fresh eggs and avocado toast or a more indulgent meal, the freshness and flavor are guaranteed to impress. The inviting ambiance and the attentive service round out what can only be described as a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a memorable meal without the pretense. Tops Diner is a gem that promises to deliver a feast for the senses with each visit.

it's a nightclub that serves food. it's not a diner anymore. disgustingly loud and annoying music while you're trying to eat a meal. highly overpriced. I don't go there anymore. used to be good. now it's crap. and the people that go there now just don't know any better. I'm part of the local group that favored tops regularly. it's crap now.
