Recently, I ventured to Hamilton Pork, a spot that's been on my radar due to its unique ambiance and intriguing menu. The journey to the restaurant was a bit of a trek, but the promise of good barbecue was a strong lure. However, the baby back ribs were a letdown, being overly sweet and slightly tough, which was unexpected given the restaurant's reputation.
