If you're a pho enthusiast like me, Pho Ninh Kieu is a must-visit! I recently indulged in their house combo pho and brisket & flank pho, and both were absolutely delightful. The meat was tender, and the broth fresh and flavorful. I also ventured to try their thin vermicelli series, which was a pleasant surprise. The thin noodles rolled up with fried meat and raw veggies, all dipped in a savory sauce, were a hit. I sampled the lean pork, beef, and chicken, and each was perfectly cooked.

The restaurant atmosphere is just as inviting as the food. On my visit, the service was swift and friendly, even though the place was bustling. The staff, possibly including the owner, was incredibly accommodating, helping us navigate the extensive menu with ease. The newly renovated space adds to the charm, making it a cozy spot for both new visitors and regulars like me.

Pho Ninh Kieu also handles large groups well, as I noticed during a visit with friends. Despite our large number, the staff was patient and the service remained top-notch.
