If you're looking for a spot that combines a romantic ambiance with stunning views, Hudson & Co. should be on your list. Whether it's a date night, a casual outing with friends, or even a solo adventure, this place has something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with their Black Truffle Pizza and Crispy Spanish Octopus, both of which were as delightful to the palate as they were to the eyes. The Crispy Shrimp Bao Bun and their signature steak also left a lasting impression. The drink selection here is robust, perfect for those who appreciate a good cocktail or two with their meal. Plus, it's pet-friendly! A friend of mine brought their dog along, and it was smooth sailing.

The service here generally receives high marks for attentiveness and speed, although there were moments when getting a refill required a bit of effort. Seating is comfortable with ample space both indoors and outdoors, ideal for any weather—though I must say, the view is best enjoyed on a clear day. Despite a few hiccups with some dishes being less than perfect later in the evening, the overall experience was very positive. The staff is polite and the atmosphere is just fantastic. Definitely a place I'd recommend and revisit, hopefully on a sunny day to fully enjoy that view!
