Andy Cohen and Bravo are preparing for a major “rebrand” of The Real Housewives of New Jersey .

The Real Housewives executive producer confirmed the news on Monday’s (June 15) episode of his Sirius XM radio show Andy Cohen Live when a fan called in to suggest that the network “bring fresh faces” to the show.

“I think it’s time to do what happened with New York,” the fan said, referring to The Real Housewives of New York City firing its old cast and rehiring a completely different group of women.

However, she was on board with new additions (as of Season 13) Rachel Fuda and Danielle Cabral .

“I love that they’re fresh and young. They’re funny and Jen Fessler, even. I love that there is positive energy,” she said, to which Cohen replied, “I agree.”

The fan continued, “It’s just, there’s all the negativity from all the — get rid of all the others. Set them free. Let them move on to the new.”

Cohen told the caller that they are going to “figure something out,” before adding, “We are all on the same page about that.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey took a turn for the worse when sisters-in-law Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga stopped speaking to each other altogether. While the drama is still ever-present in Season 14, even Cohen admitted before the season began airing that having two camps that won’t interact is “not sustainable.”

Bravo ultimately decided to cancel the reunion on a season that’s already been trimmed down to a measly 12 episodes, leaving many fans to question the show’s future.

Giudice insisted on a recent episode of Live with Kelly and Mark that she’s “ not leaving ” until “Bravo wants [her] to leave,” while Gorga agreed with the general opinion that “things have gotten really toxic” and there “needs to be changes.”

“There’s two of my cast members that have played really dirty behind the scenes and it’s coming out,” she told Entertainment Tonight . “It’s all coming out, because it always rises to the top, it always comes out in the laundry. It’s been years, so it’s all coming forward.”

Unfortunately, we’re going to have to wait a little longer before we get any solid casting news.

“We haven’t even started talking about next season,” Cohen said on Monday’s Andy Cohen Live. “We want this one to end. We’re gonna let it sit and then we will get into it, so that’s where we are with that.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock .
